Development version of Tabs & Accordions for Joomla 4

Jürgen Donner's Avatar Jürgen Donner
Hello,

I am currently testing TabsAccordions-v0.1.0-dev-PRO with Joomla 4
How do I get rid of the scroll bar under the tabs?

See image.

Thank you and best regards Jürgen

That shouldn't be there. Probably some template CSS conflict?
Do you have this online so I can take a look?

unfortunately not online yet.

By the way: How did you manage to buy a Tabs & Accordions subscription? It shouldn't be listed as an option on the site yet...

Hi Peter,
very funny. Search just can't find the link anymore. Hope I get the plugin in the finished version?!

Need a refund? It is not ready to be released yet. So no point in buying a subscription for it yet.
You can download the pro dev version directly from:
regularlabs.com/TabsAccordions-v0.1.0-dev-PRO.zip

Yes then please refund. Buy it when it's done. I'll try to put the error scroll bar online. Then you can have a look. Notify me when that's done.
Thanks and Greetings

Hi Peter,
Not sure if it's supposed to work yet or not, but the fade/slide animations don't work for me with accordions (they just snap open). Also, is it going to be possible to nest accordions/tabs?
Thanks

Are you using the free or pro version?

Nesting works in the same way as with Tabs and Sliders.

The Pro version, and I updated to the latest dev release before posting, just to make sure. I've tried in Edge and Chrome, no animation in either.

I'll try out nesting as soon as I get a chance!

Never mind. I can reproduce the issue...

The animation (fading/sliding) issue should be fixed now.

Hi Peter,

Feedback about the incorrect display of the scroll bar under the tabs:

I changed a value.
media/tabsaccordions/css/style.mini.css
overflow-x:scroll
to
overflow-x:auto

If that matters. Is that right?

Regards

Do you still get the bar if you have loads of tabs? So they don't all fit on the screen.

Do you still get the ar if you have loads of tabs?
Sorry I don't understand this in english. After the change, everything is displayed properly. Multiple tabs side by side. The annoying scroll bar below is now gone.

Sorry: bar, not ar.
So:
Do you still get the scrollbar if you have loads of tabs? So they don't all fit on the screen.
Try this:
{tab title="First"}
...
{tab title="Second"}
...
{tab title="Third"}
...
{tab title="Fourth"}
...
{tab title="Fifth"}
...
{tab title="Sixth"}
...
{tab title="Seventh"}
...
{tab title="Eighth"}
...
{tab title="Ninth"}
...
{tab title="Tenth"}
...
{tab title="Eleventh"}
...
{tab title="Twelth"}
...
{tab title="Thirteenth"}
...
{tab title="Fourteenth"}
...
{tab title="Fithteenth"}
...
{tab title="Sixteenth"}
...
{tab title="Seventeenth"}
...
{tab title="Eightteenth"}
...
{tab title="Nineteenth"}
...
{tab title="Twentieth"}
...
{/tabs}

Then it looks like this, again with a scroll bar:

Yes, so this needed a different solution.
Should be fixed now in latest dev.

Nice if it works like that.
