Better Frontend Link replaces Joomla's single Frontend link with a dropdown of useful frontend destinations for the item you are editing.
The dropdown can include:
- The frontend page for the current article, category, menu item, or other supported item.
- Parent pages, such as the parent categories of an article.
- The website homepage.
Better Frontend Link provides dedicated routes for Joomla articles, content categories, menu items, and Zoo items and categories. Other administrator views can use a matching published frontend menu item. If no Better Frontend Link route is available, the module falls back to Joomla's core Frontend Link.
Click a dropdown entry to open that page. To open the current frontend target directly, Ctrl-click the main Frontend link on Windows or Linux, or Command-click it on macOS.
