Pre-sale questions

Can I keep using the extension after a year?

Yes
You have access to PRO downloads, updates and support as long as your subscription is valid.

After a year, your subscription will automatically renew, unless you cancel it.

If your subscription is not valid anymore, you can keep using the version you have installed. However, you will no longer be able to update to newer versions or receive support.

You can choose to buy a new subscription to gain access again.
Or you can choose to downgrade to the FREE version.

Can I install the extension on multiple domains?

Yes
You can install the extension on as many domains as you want. There is no domain check or restriction.

Can I alter the code?

Yes
The extensions are fully open source and the code is NOT encrypted in any way. No use of Zend Optimizer or ionCube.

You are free to change the code to your liking.

However: If you alter the extensions files, I can no longer provide support for any problems you encounter.
Also if you update or reinstall the extension, all changes you made will be lost.

So it is better to overrule functionality via template overrides or custom plugins.
For changes in styling, it is best to overrule style classes through the CSS stylesheet of your template or add a custom stylesheet.

For how long is a subscription valid?

All extension subscriptions are valid for a whole year from the date of purchase.

After a year, your subscription will automatically renew, unless you cancel it.

As long as your subscription is valid, you have access to the Pro versions of the extensions and the support forum.

If you upgrade from a single extension subscription to a Bundle subscription you receive a 25% discount.

Can I enable/disable the automatic renewals?

Yes
You can enable or disable the automatic renewals on your Subscriptions page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase of the PRO version, you can contact me within 30 days after the purchase to receive a refund.

Can I pay with PayPal?

No
For various reasons, we do not offer PayPal as a payment method (anymore).

You will need to pay via Credit Card or one of the other available payment methods.

Otherwise, you can pay via a direct transfer to my bank account.
You can find the details of my bank account on the contact page.
Just transfer the money and give me a shout when the transfer has been made. Let me know what subscriptions you paid for and I can then activate them manually once the transfer has been completed.

Can I pay using a different payment method?

Our payment provider offers you a range of payment methods, including Credit Card, iDeal, SOFORT, Bancontact and Giropay.

You cannot pay via PayPal.

If you cannot use one of the available payment options, you can pay via a direct transfer to my bank account.

Where can I get translations?

The available languages are packed with the extensions. The appropriate languages will be automatically installed on your setup when installing/updating the extension.

You can see what languages are available on the individual extension pages on this website.

Can I help with the translations?

Yes... please!
