Hi,
I upgraded my website to Joomla 4 with article everywhere and HTML tags like [div class="item-agenda"] didn't work anymore
EDIT: just for information the html tags are in a custom module

They [div] tags have been deprecated a long time. They are not supported in Joomla 4.
Simply use normal <div> tags in tge html.

Simply use normal <div> tags in tge html.
