Close others accordions if I click on the one

There you can see old version plugin - Slidery:

If I click on the some tabs, then others are closed.

So how can I setup on J5 with plugin tabs & accordions there?

Simply follow the syntax examples:

Don't close every accordion with a {/accordions} unless you want them to function independently, as mentioned here:
docs4.regularlabs.com/tabsaccordions/goi...dependent-accordions
