I have very large table content 45k.
I don't want to click over and over.
This is possible to override limit? 5k? maybe 10k
OR add to cron this task to make small part but in the background?

No, there is no way to override the limit. That would just cause things to hang and timeout.
There is also no cron support in DB Replacer.
If you need to do heavy replacements in such a large dataset, I recommend you do this directly on your database using a mysql statement.

There is also no cron support in DB Replacer.
If you need to do heavy replacements in such a large dataset, I recommend you do this directly on your database using a mysql statement.
