Hiding a module based on URL parameter

Nikita Dolphin's Avatar Nikita Dolphin
I have 2 modules set to the same position on a page. I have two image buttons one set to reload the page with url parameter ?p=1 the other to p=2.

How can I hide one module except when the URL parameter is p=1 vs doing the same with the other module when p=2

Thanks

Use Advanced Module Manager and create a condition using the URL condition rule.
(Or assignment if you are on Joomla 3)

Yes, that's what I've tried doing, but there are no examples that match this and the attempts I've made don't seem to do anything at all.
The modules continue to show regardless of various conditions. An example of what should work would be great, as I'm not sure if it's related to using Page Builder to create the pages, versus stock Joomla.

Thanks

Ah, Page Builder... yes, can definitely be the reason conditions are not working.
Page Builder deals with modules in its own way.

Advanced Module Manager only works with normal module positions.

I recommend you ask the Page Builder devs about this...
