Hi Peter,
As far as I can see there is no option to repeat a date/time condition in Conditonal Content, as there is in the Advanced Module Manager. I wanted to show a christmas-image every christmas.

I didn't add a lot of nested features in the editor button, as it would make it all too complicated.
But you can actually make this work by manually adding this to the tag:
