I really want to use the ACL options. And have been looking at the documentation:

AND

I am struggling to work out the difference and wondered if there was any additional clarification. My thinking is that:

If I use "accesslevels" then I am making the content within that only available to the User Groups that have access to that Access Level

AND

If I use "usergrouplevels" I am defining those User Groups directly and only users who are in those User Groups have access

Is this correct????
