Hello,
Currently I am running Joomla with PHP 7.0. And I am considering updating to PHP 7.2.
Are all the latest extensions by Regular Labs confirmed to work in PHP 7.2?

My local setup runs on php 7.2. I have not seen any issues.
But of course you should first try php 7.2 on a test copy of your site before doing it live.
