Hi Peter,
I was willing to uninstall Tooltips on a J5 website (bc not used any more after migration from J3).
But I get the following error
- no matter whether I choose PHP 8.3 or PHP 8.1
- no matter whether I use your Extensions Manager to reinstall and even re-delete it (also there it shows a red flag after uninstalling)

Can you try installing the latest development version from:
regularlabs.com/development-releases
And then uninstall?
