Hi,
I have migrated a old website from joomal 3 to joomla 4.
On joomla 3, tooltip plugin was working on main menu lie this : i.imgur.com/uadDi2P.png
But after migration does not work anymore.

The tootltip element is being created, but for some reason not shown. Probably the menu elements are overlapping the tooltip.
You can try altering the Z-Index value in the Tooltips system plugin settings.
