if i want to replace : class="tck-logo-img" by class="bigup" => it works

if i want to replace : <img class="tck-logo-img" src="/templates/cigaleevasion/images/cigale-logo.png" width="216" height="53" alt="">
by <img class="bigup" src="/templates/cigaleevasion/images/cigale-logo.png" width="216" height="53" alt="">
does not work

these are test to insert tooltips on some image linked ...
like that : (does not work)
