Can I use rereplacer to do this?
For example, remove the ? and everything after it from :
media/jui/js/jquery.min.js?668a47cda0e6e3524fcf9
media/com_finder/css/finder.css?668a47cda0e6e3524f
many apologies if this has been covered before.. I am just looking for instructions / how to do it and did not see it in my forum search.

Yes, you can do that using Regular Expressions.
But what is the reason behind it? Those URL parameters are there for a reason (to solve caching issues when the files are changed).
