Rick Stoffiere's Avatar Rick Stoffiere
I am trying to use Quick Index to display in a module position using the "current" switch. It is not showing and I cannot figure out why.

Is there an index tag in the article too?

When I put the beginning tag in the article, the entire page is blank. If I add the closing tag into the article as well, the index shows at the top of the article only.

Can you reproduce the issue with the Joomla core template?

Yes, it is the same issue. Nothing shows in the module.

Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?

Ah, well, I see you are using PageBuilder... which does stuff all differently than core.
I guess you ran into an incompatibility.

Can you reproduce the issue with using normal Joomla articles and modules (not using PageBuilder)?

Actually, on that page I was not using PageBuilder. Just a regular Joomla article and module. I just changed the template to Protostar and you can see the same results. It's so weird!

Okay, that version corrected the issue I was having. It still not not work on a PageBuilder layout, but that's okay with me. I will set that page to be regular Joomla content and all is well. Thank you so much!!!

Hello.
I have the same problem as Rick. SP PageBuilder is installed. However, I do not use it on the affected page.
I have installed the latest development release. But unfortunately that did not help. Do you have any other idea?

Thanks and regards
Stefan

Can you reproduce this on a site not using SP PageBuilder at all?
Do you have this online so I can take a look?

Hello Peter.
Meanwhile, it looks to me like it's not a PageBuilder problem. I just noticed that it doesn't work on older pages either. I'll try to narrow it down further and get back to you.
Thanks and regards
Stefan
