Is there any way to get documentation for each extension in PDF form? It would be much easier if I am subscribed to all the extensions, to have a copy of the complete documentation downloaded.

I don’t offer that. You can of course print the documentation pages to pdf yourself.

In the 15+ years I have been offering extensions and documentation, this is the first time someone has requested it. So honestly, I don't think I will spend the many hours to implement and maintain something like this.
Sorry, but I won't consider offering my documentation in pdf format.
