The payment is being rejected because of a '3D secure authentication' failure.
So it thinks there is suspicious activity.
This is not caused by my payment processor, but by the systems between my payment processor and your credit card issuer.
Still.. you need to have at least a 'billing zip code' or postal code that you send to payment processor, not 'physical', and/or when you ask for address, you make sure its 'physical address'. when I tried first time and rejected, then tried again, that is the suspicious activity.
