Is support specific to a purchased extension?

Greetings!

I very much appreciate the RegularLabs extensions. I use a number of the free ones, although there are a couple of the pro versions that I am interested in purchasing. With regard to support, I would like to find out:

1. Is the support offered specific to the pro extensions that one purchases? In other words, if I purchase the pro version of one extension, does that allow me to get support for other extensions on which I do not have a pro subscription?

2. Do you have an option to pay for support only? If I remember correctly, there used to be an option to pay for a one-month support subscription to get support on the free extensions when necessary. Your free extensions are so good that I don't always need the pro features; however, some support on those free extensions can sometimes be helpful.

I do not offer support on the free versions. Unless it is for actual bug reports.

Ibalso don`t offer a support subscription anymore.
