Hi,
I'd like to be able to prevent the loading of a specific plugin for some articles.
The Conditions manager includes an option to exclude plugins in the "Components" category, but it doesn't allow for choosing a specific plugin.
Is this possible ? How ?

No, that is not possible with Conditional Content.
A plugin cannot control whether or not another plugin is executed.
