How do I find which credit card is on file for auto renewal. Additionally, how do I change the credit card number prior to the auto renewal date if I need to make a change?

I don't store any payment information. That is done on the payment platform (Mollie).
So if you want to know, I'd have to look it up for you.
To override the payment info, just order manually before it renews. Then it will renew a year later with the last used payment method and info.
