All 5 attempts failed with "3-D Secure authentication failed".
This can be caused by suspicious activity on your card or IP (range) or some other unknown reason.
Retrying several times only makes the '3-D Secure' score lower.
I recommend you wait for 48 hours before retrying. Otherwise try with a different card.

Thanks Peter! We were using the same corporate credit card we used to purchase Conditional Content PRO from our NPR/PBS offices in California, so I'm unsure what triggered the 'suspicious activity' flag ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
