I've some questions about the Geolocating feature:
1- Can AMM display module based on City (Specially African Cities)?
2- What kind of library/technology do you utilize to achieve Geolocating?
3- What is the accuracy?

It uses the free MaxMind GeoLite2 database.
There are no cities included in that data.
