Lizenz renew

Hello,

I can't renew my license, the error keeps popping up

"The VAT/VIES Registration Number is invalid.
Or the European VAT/VIES service is currently having issues. In that case, try again later."

That's not true, the number is correct, I checked, and the service is available.

This is not the first time this has happened. But before, after numerous refreshes of the page error disappeared, today I still could not insert the VAT-number in the invoice.

Can you help please?

hi, thank you very much vor your prompt answer.

I've tried it with different browsers, it doesn't work anywhere. I renewed the license without a VAT number for now, if our accounting department will not accept it, I will have to contact you again. So far the issue is closed
