Hi Peter,
I was going through the documentation on your site while setting up a documentation site for myself and noticed you're using Tailwind for your template.
The Joomla world is really missing a really good documentation template, and the fact you are using Tailwind makes it even better!
Have you thought about selling a license for the template?

The template for my site and documentation sites are not very stand-alone. And have a lot of stuff in there that is specifically coded to work with my website and setup.
So it is not really doable to offer that as a template for others.
