Cannot buy Pro Version

Hi,

it is really really hard to buy a regular labs PRO version!

We tried Credit Card -> doesn´t work!
We tried iDEAL -> doesn´t work!
We tried SOFORT -> doesn´t work!

Then okay ... want to to bank transfer ->> but your data at contect-site are not enough for doing a transfer.
Sorry, this really sucks 😉

What we need is:
1) complete address of the recipient
2) name and complete address of the bank (credit institute)

If we have, we gonna transfer as soon as possible.
Cause I really need the new Articles Field Pro version ... cause of J4 and PHP8

The only error message was

Your payment could not be completed because it expired.

Please try to order again using a different payment method.

For all of the different tpyes we tried.
And well: we never have a problem with our Drecit Card of whatever.



Maybe the bank doesn´t do it, as it should. But for sure we need to enter

1) complete address of the recipient
2) name and complete address of the bank (credit institute)

for transfer to another country than Germany.
i´m sorry, that´s the way it is 🙁

I donot know. I am not the network admin at the company. But be sure: We never have had any problem with paying anything anywhere. Only with regular labs ...

If even you donot want paypal, easiest way would be to tell me

1) complete address of the recipient
2) name and complete address of the bank (credit institute)

and we do the banl transfer right now.

Or do we need to sent cash money? 😉
