Hello Peter,
Looking in phpMyAdmin, I see that many of our Regular Labs extensions are using utf8mb3_general_ci collation. Is this on purpose (or was our install on a db with a different default set...I don't think so.)?
We generally use utf8mb4_unicode_ci.
Any illumination would be appreciated.

My extensions don't set a specific collation when creating the databases.
It will simply use the default set in your database at the time of installation.
