We'll take it from here, no additional action is required on your part.
Daarna tot mijn verrassing:
Today your Regular Labs Articles Anywhere subscription has expired.
This means that you are not able to upgrade to new Pro versions or access the forum for support anymore.
Buy a new subscription now, so you can continue to enjoy all of the advantages of a Pro subscription for another year:
Ik heb het nu handmatig verlengt, maar ik denk dat de vooraankonding-mails niet kloppen of er gaat iets anders fout.

I assume you received those reminders before April 11th.
You probably also received an email around the 11th that the automatic renewal failed for whatever reason. Maybe that email ended up in your spam folder.
If not, then for some reason the failure email is not getting sent...
