Hello,
Can sourcerer (standard or pro version) can be used to replace a sourcerer tag present in the Meta Title (Browser page title) and Meta description fields of menu items ?
If it is not directly possible, is there a workaroud ?

It can, but depends a bit on what other extensions you have installed and where/when the meta data is being set.
