Hello,
We, the „Gemeinde Heidesee“, are interested in your “ ReReplacer ” plug-in. However, there is a small problem with this:
We are a „Gemeinde“ , thus in Germany in the public service/local government. Therefore it is not possible for us to buy anything with a credit card or Somthing like that. Is there a way to get the plugin on account?
If this is not possible via you, are there resellers for this plugin who can make this possible?

What do you want mean with "on account"?
The subscription needs to be paid before it gets activated. You can pay via one of the available payment options. Or transfer the amount manually to my bank account.
I do not provide upfront invoices (before payment). And there are no resellers.
