Refund for Snippets Extension

Hello! I wanted to create some snippets for bulk articles on my website, and I needed to include custom fields into my snippets.
After buying the subscription for Snippets I realized there was nothing regarding fields in it, and after talking with Andy, he told me I should have gotten Articles Anywhere Pro and the free version of Snippets to do what I need.

That is the reason why I am asking for a refund for the Snippets extension - thank you very much!

I still seem to have the pro version, both in Joomla Extension Manager and on the site. When do you expect the refund to take effect?
