We have version 14.0.10PRO and can't access the plugin settings. When you open the plugin to configure we receive this error:
(0)Cannot unpack array with string keys
Also, some site visitors report tha the links within the modal content can't be clicked on because clicking on the links causes the modal to close. We were hoping to go into the settings to see if any adjustments couldbe made and discovered that we can't access the setting.

Not yet. Do I just reinstall it over the top or do I have to remove the old instance?
