Well, it looks like this is caused by whatever your template is doing. It is not loading the Modals scripts and styles.

Your template is loading external jquery files and removing the loading of the Joomla core jquery files. It also seems to remove the lines loading the scripts and styles of Modals itself.

This is a template issue. Not a Modals issue.
I recommend you ask the template developer for help.
