I set the extension ip login to a position in an article of my site. This loads then a connection form, where the users can perform their login. I need to be able to suppress the 'lost password' and 'lost username'

I really have no idea what you mean. IP Login is not a module or something you can place in an article.
Are you sure you are talking about the correct extension.
