J3.10.2 site with IPLogin 5.0.0

On one or two of the sites I support where I use IPLogin, even after checking the IP is correct and that I am not mistyping the secret and that only "Admin" is selected, when I attempt to connect with URL/administrator?secret, I am always returned to the admin login screen.

I've looked to see if there are any unusual plug-ins and nothing comes to mind immediately which might be causing this problem.

I can certainly provide you with some confidential login information if it is needed to help in diagnosis but, for the time being, are there any obvious things that you would be looking for that I can do to save you some time?
