Hello. I'm looking for regions in Panama, which are listed in the GeoLite database but When I look for them in regions, I see nothing.
Is this something related to sync? how can I sort by regions and see all the regions? I only see some countries.

The regions list available in the Conditions is not a complete list of all possible regions of all countries. It is a limited list of common countries.
You can use the PHP condition to do stuff that is not available in the ready-to-use rules.
