I am working on a development site and attempted to load the extension manager. It is getting stuck displaying a nice colorful spinning circle. The extension manager isn't loading. All other Regular Labs extensions are working properly. The extension manager works on all my other websites.

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the extension manager, but that didn't fix it.

Any idea of what might be causing this? I can provide login credentials if you need them.

Here's what I have for errors on the Extension Manager page in the back end:

I found the problem. Joomla Debug was on for the development site. When I turned it off, the Extension Manager and Cache button resumed working as normal.

I've not seen this before, but now I know where to look.

When debug is turned on for the Joomla 4 version of this site (the development site is partly to updated to J5), it doesn't affect the two extensions.
