I was finally able to get Cloudfront working with my site and bought back the plugin.
I wanted to report a couple of issues I am experiencing.
If I don't exclude the .js Tabs&Accordion files it doesn't work and it displays all open:

Another problem can be found here:

mp3 files are loaded from my hosting and not from Cloudfront even though “Enable in Inline Scripts” is on “Yes”
What can I do to fix both?

Check your browsers console and you will see errors telling you why the javascript files are not getting loaded:
This is outside the control of CDN for Joomla! and you should look into your headers on the website (google it).
Probably the mp3 files are not being converted because there are spaces in your file names. This prevents CDN for Joomla from seeing them as paths.

' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
And also with all other script files.This is outside the control of CDN for Joomla! and you should look into your headers on the website (google it).
