Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.

sourcerer-v10.1.3
Joomla 5.2.1 - YooTheme Template.
After installing the free-version via Manual Install (and also using Web install) I get this error:
Regular Labs Library plugin is not installed.
Is there anything else I should install?

Deinstallation gave errors too.

You probably have some remnants of very old installs getting in the way. Probably from the Joomla 3 or earlier time.

Try uninstalling/removing the Regular Labs Library package and parts completely.
Also make sure these files and folders are deleted:

administrator/manifests/libraries/regularlabs.xml
administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_regularlabs.xml
administrator/manifests/packages/regularlabs
/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs

(You will get other errors now).

Then clear the Joomla cache and reinstall the latest version of Sourcerer.
