Error when creating a new condition

After updating to version 10.1.0, the following error message appears when you try to create a new condition.

RegularLabs\Component\Conditions\Administrator\Model\ItemModel::getGroups(): Argument #1 ($condition_id) must be of type int, null given, called in C:\Xampp\htdocs\cot\administrator\components\com_conditions\src\Model\ItemModel.php on line 563

The next error message appears.

Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in C:\Xampp\htdocs\cot\administrator\components\com_conditions\src\Model\ItemModel.php on line 1153

I get the same message:RegularLabs\Component\Conditions\Administrator\Model\ItemModel::getGroups(): Argument #1 ($condition_id) must be of type int, null given, called in /home/sites/34a/2/201d64ed1d/public_html/administrator/components/com_conditions/src/Model/ItemModel.php on line 563

I did not experience another issue after updating to the dev version above.

Thanks Peter, I'll report if i see anything else strange in the next hour or so while I'm working on the current project.
