Advanced Module Manager: Can't create conditions in Chrome 127

When Opening

/administrator/index.php?option=com_conditions&view=item&extension=&table=&name_column=&message=&forcedLanguage=

in Chrome 127 or later, Chrome gives this error message in the console:

script.min.js?981320…f3fdc3db9400c32d2:7 [Deprecation] Listener added for a 'DOMSubtreeModified' mutation event. Support for this event type has been removed, and this event will no longer be fired. See https://chromestatus.com/feature/5083947249172480 for more information.

So the Eventlistener has to be replaced by a MutationObserver to work in Chrome 127 and onwards

And now the Condition Page never finishes loading.

If I manually run

window.RegularLabs.Conditions.do_update = true

The form will update and i can change things
