It looks like there is an issue with folder/file write permissions.
Try deleting these files and folders:(You will get other errors now).
Then clear the Joomla cache and reinstall the latest version of Tabs & Accordions.

Unfortunately, it didn't help. I deleted everything that I specified. I cleaned the Joomla cache, reinstalled the plugin - the error did not disappear.

I downloaded the free version from this site.Free is enough for me at this stage. The upgrade to the paid version will be considered after the completion of work on the hotel's website.

Well, that's not what I asked.
You seem to have the Pro version (partially) installed.
I recommend you uninstall all Regular Labs extensions/parts, download the free version again and reinstall it.

I did something like that, only it happened a few times. I installed it, saw the error, and deleted it. I wrote to you. Installed, error again, deleted again.
Specify the list of data that needs to be deleted so that the re-installation leads to a workable part of the free version.

But again, how did you get the Pro version installed?Under what account did you download it? Or did you get it via a different site?

How do I remove it completely now? I wrote in the search to download the free version and downloaded it. I don't need the PRO version, the free version is enough for me, at least until the rest of the work on the site is completed.
Are you suggesting that I buy the paid version, will it work?

This version was shared with me by another person, I did not buy it. Installing it causes the site to crash.

So no support on illegally dowloaded/distributed releases whatsoever.
Try restoring your site to the backup you made before the install and install the free version.

That's the problem. I need an legal version, it was a mistake to download the extension not on the developer's website.
Now I need to remove all parts of illegal version, and install yours
I tried just installing yours on top. But it doesn't help.
