Hi there,

When I'm inserting an modals image to an article, modals throws a error when says "Internal Server Error".
This occurs when I click on: Modals -> Image -> selected the images -> Insert
Is there something I can do to see what goes wrong? Or it there a debug mode?

I tried "Modals-v14.0.13-dev2963404-PRO.zip", but it didn't fix the issue.

Can you give me (super) admin access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

You are not using a WYSIWYG editor. The Joomla media selection script doesn't work when using a simple code editor. Use TinyMCE or JCE.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for looking into this.

Strange.., it was always working before using a simple code editor.
On an other website of mine it works, but that it hosted by a different company, therefore I was wondering if it has something to do with the hosting. Do you have any ideas?

Hi Peter,

Yes, I noticed that also. I changed the default editor to TINYMCE, checked if it worked (it did), changed the default editor back and noticed that it still was working... Let's hope it will continue to work.
