Hello,
A bit confusing for me where to ask support, but see this url
: the 4 tabs are horizontal
Now i change the color (this is an extension from breakdesign, custom filter for all) to another color. Then the 4 tabs are vertical. Sounds like a bug, but i don't know if its a bug in tabs & accordeon, or a bug extension from breakdesign.

It looks like you are using VirtueMart. It reloads the content via javascript.
The tabs will need to get re-initialized after the content is updated.
Ask the VM devs how to trigger this javascript upon update:
