Unfortunately no.
I would have to be able to upgrade, install Advanced Module Manager and see what happens in the database.
Then roll back the database (Advanced Module Manager/conditions tables) and install Advanced Module Manager again.
And repeat that multiple times to see what is happening and how to fix it.
That won't be possible with just Akeeba Backup.
If it is not possible to reproduce this on en environment to which I can get the access, then you will have to manually create/set the conditions for your modules.
I have installed PHPMyAdmin to /_MYSQL_DATA/phpMyAdmin directory, but I have no experience, how to setup this software.
If you have experience to do this, then below is the MySQL Server parameters. Perhaps you can succeed to setup.

If this does not work, then could you let me know, if I can prepare the correct AMM settings on my testsite and then copy the relevant SQL tables to my udated J4 life server. Otherwise I have to take my life server down for too long time.
YES!! It worked now.
Important point is, to empty Cache before installation. Otherwise Error message "Class "RegularLabs\Plugin\System\AdvancedModules\Document" not found":
