uninstall Regular Labs

Hi, I want to get rid of an old not used extention.
Regular Labs - Modals Website Pakket 12.4.0

But I can't uninstall it and get this message:

Er heeft zich een fout voorgedaan.
0 Failed opening required '/home/ronroemenmusic/domains/ronroemenmusic.nl/public_html/plugins/editors-xtd/modals/script.install.helper.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php81/lib/php')

How to get rid of this extention?

That is what I tried first: modals-v14.0.3. Then I see all components back, but uninstalling

Gives the error:
