Recently, Snippets (latest version) button on the frontend (Joomla 4.2.9) only is showing this error when clicked:

There was an error processing your request. Sorry about the trouble!
Please use the menu to navigate to other pages of the site, or perform a search to find what you are looking for!
0: Invalid controller class: display

This occurs when editing an article or with EasyBlog.
JCE Editor (latest) is being used which may have the conflict with Snippets, since they've been rolling out a lot of updates lately.

Please note that the snippets button works fine when used from the back end of Joomla.

It looks like the dev version was already merged into your stable version before I had the chance to test it. We installed Snippets 8.5.0 and the front end button is now working. Thanks for getting that fixed!
