In my Localhost site (offline) I create an article with nested tabs and also an accordions. But it's all going to be tabs!

Then I can't really help you.

I just tried nesting an accordion set inside a tab set. And another tab set in that accordion set.
Works fine.

Make sure your syntax is correct and read:
docs4.regularlabs.com/tabsaccordions/going-further/nested-sets

Explanation,
I have copied all articles into new articles for the localhost site< Joomla 4.
However, the Regular Labs extension was not installed yet!
Now it is, the free version.
Perhaps this influenced the article.
I would like it to have this design! if it has to be in the paid version no problem if i'm sure it works.

PS: Tabs inside tabs inside tabs is a nightmare for your visitors.
