Hi.
I have the latest of everything installed.
It seems the Article Field is ignoring the permissions set on the field edit. I have an access level where the "edit" is set to "not allowed" but it does allow that access level to edit.

The edit permissions are controlled by Joomla, not by Articles Field itself.
I just tried this on my setup, and the group I disallowed the edit for, cannot open the field in the Fields view to edit it.
