Issue with Inserting Snippets via FrontEnd

We recently upgraded a site from Joomla 3.10.x to 4.2.x (latest), and also made sure we upgraded Extension Manager and Regular Labs extensions both before and after the upgrade to Joomla 4.
When we try to add Snippets in using the Snippets button, we get the attached error. Please note that this fails from the front-end only (both in blog posts by EasyBlog and in normal articles). However, when editing from the backend, we are able to insert snippets without issue.

Well, the button now works via the development version to insert a snippet on the front end.
However, now NONE of the snippets actually render on the front end. The snippet is visible in the editor, but the snippet does not load/display on the front end.
Please troubleshoot this ASAP
