Hi,

I have a problem with Advanced module manager. Whan I try to edit or create a new condition, I receive this error message:

www.website.com does not allow connexion.

snipboard.io/rugOZv.jpg

That's a traduction from french, so I not sure it's exactly this sentence in English.

I tried This:
- I updated the extension to the latest version
- Login in English instead of French
- Try to login from another computer
- Look into the ACL to be sure that I have correct permissions.

I found noting to resolve this. Can you help me? Do you have an idea on what can be the cause?

Many thanks,

You probably have a firewall extension installed that is getting in the way...

Thank you for your answer!

I use RS Firewal for my security. I tried to disabled it, clear the site cache, clear the browser cache and still have the same issue.

Any other idea?

I also tried to add com_advancedmodules into RS Firewal exclusion. It didn't work.

Maybe AdminTools?
Or something on your server, like a PHP security module.

I recommend you ask your host about this...

Thank you,

I found the solution and I want to share it to everybody. The www. redirection was not working and the configuration.php has the www. in the URL of the site. I think it makes AMM stop working correctly.

I enterd the www. and AMM work correctly again.

Have a great day 🙂
